·          Persons caring for their young children.

·          Persons who are essential to the care of an aged or infirm relative.

·          If your STATE has a pending Family Friendly Jury Duty bill.

·          If the United States District Court (FEDERAL) in your state excuses:

·          Persons caring for their young children.

·          Persons who are essential to the care of an aged or infirm relative.

If either your STATE or FEDERAL courts does NOT have Family Friendly Jury Duty laws:

·          Ask your STATE legislator to sponsor a Family Friendly Jury Duty Bill or support a pending one for your state’s courts.
